How do your products differ from your competitors?
Radio Technology has by-far superior quality over other companies selling these products. All Fire Service Accessories are made from the highest-grade leather. The hardware used is designed with both durability and accessibility in mind. We take extreme pride in our superior product line, and are truly dedicated to making sure that you are purchasing the best accessories to protect both you and your communication equipment on the Fireground.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. E.S.T are shipped within 24 hours from our facility, unless it is a custom order or a non-stocked item.

I work with two different radio models; will the portable radio case I purchase work with both radios?
Unfortunately not; our cases are custom made for each radio model, providing greater protection than a generic case.

How do I determine which portable radio case I need?
By removing the battery on your portable radio, you will find both the manufacturer and model number to your unit. Please call our toll free number for further clarification if needed. At (866) 894 - 6115

What other products and services are offered by Radio Tech?
In addition to our Fire Service accessories, we also offer a full line of Motorola original two - way radio accessories. Radio Tech is also a Motorola trained two -way Radio and Pager repair shop.

Is there a minimum order required?
No. The Staff at Radio Tech believes that all Fire Service Personnel can benefit from our products. Individuals as well as departments are welcome to order what quantities are needed.

What are your forms of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, which include American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. You may also send a check in advance. Department Purchase orders are welcome.
